Terms, Conditions and Policies

FREE FREIGHT
Order $250 or more in standard metal accessories, pay within terms (5% 20, net 30 days), and we'll pay the freight to anywhere in the country (standard UPS ground). This does not include RN series racks or RN rack accessories.

Open Account Terms:

1. Open Account terms are available to customers with acceptable credit references and a bank authorization form, approved by the BGW Credit Manager, on file. Please call or fax for a credit application.
2. Purchases must be within the credit limit established by the BGW Credit Manager.

20 Day Discount:

1. ONLY when payment is received within 20 days.
2. Payment must be received within 20 days of date of invoice to earn discount.
3. Unearned discounts will be re-billed.

C.O.D. Purchases:

1. Billed at the 20 day discount price.
2. Company check accepted upon approval of bank references.

Credit Card Purchases:

1. Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card accepted.
2. Billed at the 20 day discount price.
3. Ship-to address must match cardholder address.

Returns:

1. Accepted with prior authorization only.
2. Restocking charge of 15% will be billed on all units returned in factory sealed boxes.
3. Refurbishing charges may be levied in addition to restocking charges as required.

Order Acceptance:

1. Parts order minimum: $50.00, except manuals.
2. Rack Mount Products minimum: $100.00.
3. Owner's Manuals for all BGW Amplifiers: $20.00 (includes handling & shipping charges via UPS ground. Additional charges apply to overseas orders).
4. Service Manuals for current BGW Amplifiers: $25.00 (includes handling & shipping charges via UPS ground. Additional charges apply to overseas orders).

Evaluation Loans:

1. Customer pays freight one-way.
2. Customer has 30 days to evaluate unit without charge.

Warranty Repairs:

1. BGW pays freight.
2. Upon return of faulty unit, if damage is determined to be user-caused, customer will be responsible for freight.

Repairs:

A deposit of $75.00 must accompany all repairs not under warranty. The deposit will be applied to the total cost of the repair.
